Josh Bien
Technical Director
Josh has a BA in Design for Performance, emphasis in lighting and scenic design from the University of New Mexico. He is also an actor, singer/songwriter, improviser, puppeteer, director and a founding member of Blackout. Since his graduation he has been working on professional designs consistently around Albuquerque, while also seen on stage in various ways for
Blackout and improvised shows. His recent design credits include "Shakespear's Cymbeline" (Set) for Tricklock Company, "The Full Monty" (Lights) at Albuquerque Little Theatre, and "Gross Indecency" (Lights and Set) at The Vortex Theatre. He has recently been seen on stage in "The Q" a re-occuring improvised soap opera at The Box Performance space. Along with serving as a math tutor, Josh also teaches theatre and works as Technical Director of the Vortex Theater and Assistant Technical Director of the Albuquerque Little Theater.
